- 1.5 oz Touch Ruby
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 0.5 oz blackberry liqueur
- Crushed ice
- Fresh blackberries
Method
- 1Build Touch Ruby, lemon juice and simple syrup over crushed ice in a rocks glass.
- 2Drizzle the blackberry liqueur over the top so it bleeds down through the ice.
- 3Garnish with fresh blackberries and a lemon wheel.
