Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Touch Key Lime
- 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 8 fresh mint leaves
- Soda water
- Crushed ice
Method
- 1Gently muddle the mint with simple syrup and lime juice in a highball glass.
- 2Add Touch Key Lime and fill with crushed ice.
- 3Top with soda water and stir.
- 4Garnish with mint sprig and lime wheel.
